Parenting isn’t hard because there isn’t enough information.

It’s hard because there is too much information, and no one is helping you make sense of it.

Your mum says one thing. Your child health nurse says another. Instagram says something completely different. It’s 3am, your baby won’t settle, and you’re scrolling your phone in the dark trying to work out who’s right.

It’s exhausting. And it’s not your fault. You deserve better.

I help parents cut through the noise by translating evidence into practical, trustworthy guidance, so you feel calm, capable and confident caring for yourself and your baby.

Meet your guide

Hi, I’m Dr. Kate.

Doctor. Mum. Lactation Consultant. Fierce advocate for mothers and their babies.

I’ve been a GP for over 15 years, with additional training in children’s health and lactation. I’ve worked in hospitals, general practice and private obstetric practice, and I’m a mum myself.

I know what the evidence says about raising children. I also know what it’s like to pace a hallway at 2am with a baby who won’t stop crying.
